Request for help/ideas in application

[Nutritional Sciences Technical Assistant]

Hello Everybody!

I am applying for tenure-track positions in academic institutions. Can
anyone please tell me something about writing "teaching and research
interests" or "teaching philosophy" or "research plans" as part of the
application? What are the the desired length and depth of such topics,
such as double-spaced, one- or two pages, very specific or general in
nature?
