necessity of sequencing

Dear everyone:

I am arguing with my colleague about the necessity of sequencing. For
cloning and expression of my recombinant protein, I stepped two vectors:
the first is TA cloning vector and the second is yeast exression vector.
The arguing point is whether I need second sequencing of
insert-expression vector, if I already sequenced on insert-TA cloning
vector. I would appreciate for your answer. Thanks.
