Fosr most of the commercially available transcription vector, it is
generally possbile to generate a precise 5' end of the RNA. The 3' end
however is normally dictated by the presence of polyA signal which in
turns lead to an addition of poly A tail in transfected cells. The
question is: if I want to generate a RNA with a precise 3'end in a
trasnfected cells (no polyA tail etc.) is there a way to do that?
Thansk in advance.
