Java Structure Manipulation Packages?

Hi there,

I know there are packages like RasMol, Isis/Draw, Chime Pro ... to
display/edit chemical structures. But either they are not platform
independant, or they cost a lot. So I am looking for a free Java package
which can manipulate chemical structures.
