Temperature gradient crystallization

I am starting a project on protein crystallization and one of the requirment sis that the system must be able to crystallise via cooling, I know about porcine elastas (cooling from 25 to 20 deg C) and insulin. Does anyone know of any other system that can be crystallized using this approach
