Where can I download the whole human genome in a chunk?

Hi,

While the whole genome is announced, it seems to
me it is difficult to download the big chunk
from any FTP. Celera has a rather difficult one(not
designed for the whole genome at all?).

In science, sharing data seems to be a kind of
hidden politics.
