Problem needs quick solving:

    Some  lines of my antisense transgenic arabidopsis
plants are turning yellow about 45 hours after they
have been challenged with a bacterial pathogen. If
anybody knows what could be the reason for this
phenomenon, please contact me and every opinion is
highly appreciated.
