effects of von willebrands following injury

Suffered dislocation of acromio clavicular joint over 10 years ago . continue to have major problems with nerve pain / calcification and muscle spasms. recently diagnosed as moderate vW sufferer.
Q? could the vW have had any impact on the severity and impact of continuing problems.
    Any thoughts gratefully received
