MALDI-TOF-MS compatible DNA chips

Hi, 

in the course of my PhD I am looking for MALDI-TOF-MS compatible 
DNA microarrays. 
Such a chip should represent a stable, highly reproducible DNA
immobilization system which should preferentially be based on conductive
materials for MS usage. 
Does anybody know of/uses such a system or something similar/related ? 

I would be grateful for any reply.
