I was on pubmed. Is there a service that alerts me (or anyone) to publication with certain key words? For example I am looking for a service that will search medline/pubmed for publications involving "insulin", send me an email that a paper is out, and do this once a week or once a month. If you can point me to this service I would appreciate it. Thank you.
