14th International Conference on Inductive Logic Programming
                         (ILP 2004)

ILP   2004   will  have  a  session  of  short presentations
that are  5-10  minutes long.  This session is intended  for
descriptions   of  work   in   progress,  student  projects,
open  problems  and  research  issues,  as   well   as   new
application  challenges.  Papers  being  published elsewhere
are also suitable. Authors of accepted papers are required
to make a poster that will be displayed during the conference,
to promote discussion. Papers  accepted for this session will
appear electronically and will be published as a Department
(DEEC) technical report.



Submission Information
______________________

Papers  must  be  written in English and should be no longer
than 5 pages in Springer's LNCS/LNAI style. The cover  page
should   include   the  paper  title,  each  author's  name,
affiliation,  and   e-mail   address,  as   well   as a list
of keywords, and  an  abstract  of  no more  than  200 words.

To submit a paper please send an e-mail to ilp at fe.up.pt with
the subject "Work in Progress paper" with the PDF version of
the paper.
