[Bioforum] Jurkat transient transfection protocol

Hi everyone,

I am trying to transfect some Jurkat cells using the DEAE-dextran method.

I am only getting abou5 2-5% transfection efficiency. I was wondering if anyone can send me a protocol that gives a lot better transfection efficiency for this cell line. Please either reply to this forum of email me neoret at msn dot com.
