<DIV>I am doing PCRs using biotin-dCTP. Afterwards, I keep the biotinylated product in the fridge. I noticed that if I use the labeled PCR the following day for my experiments, I get high signals (streptavidin development) but if I use it 3-4 days later instead, the signal is very weak. Does anyone know whether the biotin is that unstable bound to DNA? Thanks in advance.</DIV></td></tr></table><br>
