Anyone have a reference to more sophisticated evolutionary relationships that have been discovered in a well studied system such as cytochrome c that goes beyond the standard textbook treatment? I'm thinking specifically of ideas beyond simple primary sequence comparisons that are well accepted by those who study biochemical evolution.
