The distance MSc in Digital Biology, from the University of Manchester, 
UK, is a part-time, web-based, programme with options in health 
informatics and computational systems biology.

Biology

Introduction to software development in Java
Introduction to Health Informatics
Biocomputing
Computational Systems Biology

You can also book early for the courses running in March 2011.  The 
March courses will include :

Mathematics for metabolic modelling
Introduction to BioHealth Informatics
Introduction to microarray data analysis
Databases and data modelling
Object-oriented analysis and design with UML

A module can be studied as a single short course, or you can choose to 
register for a formal qualification.  Those wishing to progress to the 
MSc will complete a supported research project.  Examples of projects
