BIONET.BIONETTE passes 96 Yes, 16 No

Voting was closed as of midnight last night on bionet.bionette.  The
newsgroup received more than the 80 required YES votes and the number
of YES votes exceeded the number of NO votes by more than 40, so the
newsgroup passes.  I am on my way out the door for a week of vacation
and will attend to the details of setting this newsgroup up shortly
after the 1st of the month.
