There is a large international conference on fire 
and the biology of fire in forests and grasslands 
in Brasilia, Brazil from April 6-10, 1992.  There
will be several speakers from the US forest service
and NASA as well as an illustrious cadre of 
Brazilians.  It will be sponsored by IBAMA, UnB, IBGE
PUND, USDA Forest Service, and SEMATEC.
