The Univ. of Florida, under the sponsorship of Fairchild
Tropical Garden will offer an intensive, in-residence 
course in tropical botany at the Fairchild Tropical 
Garden in Miami, Florida from July 12 - August 9, 1992.

The objective of the course is to provide students of botany with 
an introduction to the systematics, diversity of structure, and 
ethnobotany of tropical vascular plants.

Preference is given to upper level students.  The deadline for
application is April 15th 1992.  Please call Dr. Walter Judd

The application must include 2 letters of recommendation,
a curriculum vitae, and a paragraph explaining your reasons
