I second that!!!!
Besides all those fancy connections and "scientific jobs" it does,
if you poke your nose into your local gopher hole - there's some handy
chores it can probably perform. Here's a couple of examples:
Check out the latest computer prices at the University Bookstore
Find a campus phone number (when someone's run off with your directory)
Get you a local weather forecast
Find out how late the various libraries are open
Get info on the Canadian Constitutional Debate
