Anonymous FTP & Gopher Directory Change for Biosci Documents

There has been a slight reorganization of the BIOSCI anonymous FTP
area on net.bio.net.

Instead of having the BIOSCI FAQ, info sheets, etc. in pub/BIOSCI in
the anonymous FTP directory, these documents are all found now in
pub/BIOSCI/doc.  This change is in preparation to make them
retrievable by our e-mail server in addition to their current
availability by Gopher and FTP to net.bio.net.
