Just to add to this that the TIBS reprints have finally arrived and will
be distributed shortly to parties who have requested them. My filing system
is bulging with requests so, if you've asked for one and don't receive a
copy then send me a message. Also note that the number of reprints is
limited and are being dealt with on a first-come-first-served basis.
