OWL available via anon-ftp

The OWL database (a non-redundant protein sequence database formed from
SWISSPROT/PIR(1-3)/GenBank translations/Brookhaven) is now available
via anonymous ftp from the server
    s-ind2.dl.ac.uk
in the directory
    pub/database/owl

The database format is PIR and can therefore be used with GCG & Pearson
programs. It may also be converted to FASTA format for processing via
the BLAST suite. See the README file for more details.
