BIOSCI-SERVER not back in action yet

I just discovered that the biosci-server at net.bio.net address is not
functioning correctly.  We should have this sorted out by tomorrow
(Monday) at the latest.  In the interim, please direct subscription
requests to biosci-help at net.bio.net and they will be processed
manually.
