Basel downtime

This is just a short notice that one of the more essential disks broke down -
We are working on the problem to redirect the input/output data streams but 
a whole disk tower (8 GByte) will be affected. As we will need to get 
the tower to repair the redundancy limit is exceeded and some of the network
services will be unavailable for a short time.
