The Internet is a great place for games and rumors, some of which are
not always well intentioned. I am passing this on for your
information but have not investigated it and can not afford to devote
more time to this issue today. As more than one person has
counseled me privately, the best thing to do is probably to do
nothing.

If there is any truth to the following, this might be a fraud
perpetrated on the author of Mosaic who recently founded a company to
commercialize the software. Call it "Revenge of the Freebies ..."

Hold on!! Marc Andressen is the (main) author of Mosaic, the web browser,
and has nothing to do with thigh cream. I think somebody is trying to drum
up trouble (marca's addresses are rather well known).

Marc is a very cool guy, who should *not* get his e-mail blasted.
