SBASE

The International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology's
experimental(!!) Web Server is now up and running.  

Among others it includes: 

- access to SBASE(v 3.3b), the database of annotated protein domains.

	The new beta release of SBASE is searchable by subfields,
cross-referenced to Swiss-Prot,PROSITE and EMBL(linked to Expasy),
MEDLINE, MEDLARS (linked to NIH), MIM(linked to the Johns Hopkins
University ), PRODOM24, PRINTS4.0 and BLOCKS7.01 (linked to local
copies).


- FORM-based interface to submit protein sequences to our mailserver
 ( homology search in SBASE2.0 using BLAST)
