Most of the talks below are open to the public.

Monday, 11/7: Camden, NJ - UMDNJ/Robert Wood Johnson Medical School,
12 noon in the E&R bldg. 2nd floor classroom., 401 Haddon Ave.

Tuesday, 11/8: Wilmington, DE - Dupont - admission to Dupont is
controlled, so this seminar will be open only to external guests that
Dupont invites.

Wednesday, 11/9: Baltimore, MD - Univ. of Maryland - Baltimore County
8AM in the University Center, 3rd floor, room 310.  This room may have
to be changed if enough interest is expressed, so please send e-mail
to bio_meeting at 4mesa.com if you wish to attend.  The organizer would
like to get an advance head count.

Thursday, 11/10: Washington, DC - Univ. of DC, bldg. 44, room A-03 on
Van Ness St, just west of Connecticut Ave.

I will be back in the office on Friday, 11/11.

Abstract:

The seminar will cover the use of facilities on the Internet and
connected networks for communicating with biologists worldwide
including e-mail, USENET electronic newsgroups, WAIS, WAISMAIL,
Gopher, and Mosaic/WWW.  The network, especially USENET newsgroups,
offers access to expertise in experimental methods and ideas in a
variety of research specialties as well as to forums for employment
opportunities, current bibliographic information, funding agency
announcements, and other information.
