Release 4.0 of RHdb now available

A new release of RHdb (Radiation Hybrid database) is now available
in the EBI anonymous ftp server at URL : 
	ftp://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/RHdb

The database is distributed in 4 differents files :
	- panel.dat : all information about the panels, authors and clone order 
	- exp.dat : the experimental conditions, eac entry is assigned 
an accession number that is used in the data file
	- rh.dat : each entry comprises primers and scores (ie Radiation 
Hybrid) results for a given panel and general information
	- map.dat : maps


Files *.doc give format explanation for each *.dat file

What is new in this release ?
	- the maps 
	- cross references to GDB, dbEST, dbSTS have been added to the 
rh entries
	- entries have been "flagged" : EST or genetic markers 
	- the RHdb home page has been updated with more information 
about the "flags" used : http://www.ebi.ac.uk/RHdb/RHdb.html

The database can be queried using the SRS query system at the EBI :
	http://www.ebi.ac.uk/srs/srsc
