[ANNOUNCE] RHdb release 9.0

Dear all,

RHdb release 9.0 is available from 

	ftp://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/RHdb/rh.dat{.gz}

It encompasses 7 panels, 73 experimental conditions and 62953 RH entries. As
usual, incremental updates can be found in rh_new_1.dat, rh_new_2.dat, ...
