Apologies to everyone; my previous posting to this group just seemed to say

Whilst that is undoubtedly true it is less than informative. I must have
neglected to include the subject file which is....

PRINTS 16.0 is now available from the usual ftp servers:

  ftp.seqnet.dl.ac.uk     pub/database/prints
  ncbi.nlm.nih.gov        repository/PRINTS

As usual don't forget about the `align' subdirectory.
