= CGG Web Genomics analysis tools New Possibilities ! ====

I included a possibilitiy to read sequences from your local files and
present multiple alignments for Secondary structure predictions
1) You can run long sequences up to 200000 - 250000 bases for
Gene-Finder programs, however Search of MULTIPLE GENES is realized
Only in FGENES programs for human and mammalian sequences
This program predicts potential TATA-PROMOTER positions too.
The general promoter prediction is performed by TSSW and TSSG programs.
2) Protein Secondary Structure Prediction might be run for multiple sequence
alignments
presented in the files (only) in Format described in Help files for
programs
SSP, NNSSP and SSPAL.
This server will present new versions of the software that
will be later moved to the mirror servers at Baylor College
of Medicine in USA:
