Corrected dates for Call for PSB '99 Session Proposals

*** CORRECTED DATES FOR PSB '99 SESSION PROPOSALS ***

The PSB '99 Call for Session Proposals (see http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/psb if
you missed it) had incorrect years in the deadline dates.  

The *correct* deadlines are:

 Session proposals due: February 9, 1998
 Notification Regarding Proposals: February 23, 1998

Sorry for any confusion I may have caused.
