The Sanger Centre is pleased to announce the completion of the sequence
of the food poisoning organism Campylobacter jejuni.

The complete sequence is available for searching and download from
the C. jejuni website (http://www.sanger.ac.uk/Projects/C_jejuni/)

Also available for searching and download is a preliminary set of
predicted CDS. Further information is available for each predicted
CDS including FASTA searches against the non-redundant protein
database and against the database of predicted C. jejuni CDS's

Please note that this data should be considered as preliminary
until final publication.
In particular the predicted CDS set will contain redundancies
and overpredictions, and errors in assigning the proper start codon.
The full annotation will be available after publication.

This project is funded by Beowulf Genomics
(http://www.beowulf.org.uk/home.htm)
