Protein Structure Prediction Software from the Protein Bioinformatics Lab
at the University of Warwick, U.K.
A slightly improved version of the PSIPRED secondary structure prediction
software is now available. The new version is designed to work with the
new matrix files produced by the most recent versions of PSI-BLAST.
The current version of the software is available from URL:
NOTE: PSIPRED is free for both academic and commercial research purposes.
It may not be sold or incorporated in commercial software products.
