We are pleased to announce the availability of the RHdb, release 17.0.
The flatfiles are available from ftp://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/RHdb
The Radiation Hybrid Database, maintained at European Bioinformatics
Institute since 1995, is a database containing raw radiation hybrid results,
extensive cross-references as well as maps. Release 17 has data on 117639
assays (91376 different STSs) from 15 panels and 5 species using 182
experimental conditions. A total of 91 maps is available.
Full SRS access to the latest release will become available tomorrow. For
