GCB-2000 (The German Conference on Bioinformatics), an International
Annual Conference covering computational molecular biology and adjoining
fields, will be held in Heidelberg from October 5 to 7, 2000. 

The deadline for submission of extended abstracts (3 to 8 pages) is June 2. 
Please adhere to the submission rules defined at

Submitted papers will be reviewed and selected papers will be invited 
for oral presentation and reproduced in the proceedings abstract book. 
A special issue of Bioinformatics will publish a set of papers 
presented at the conference.

 
Important dates: 
  Papers due: June 2 
  Paper acceptance notification: Juli 30
  Final revised paper submission: Aug 08
  Poster deadline: Aug 11
