ANNOUNCING RELEASE 66.0 in XML
PIR-INTERNATIONAL PROTEIN SEQUENCE DATABASE

Release 66.00 of the PIR-PSD contains 195,891 annotated and classified
entries. The new XML and DTD (Document Type Definition) files are
available for FTP at:
ftp://nbrfa.georgetown.edu/pir/databases/pir_xml/
The PIR-PSD is searchable from three interfaces:
Text and Sequence Search at:
- iProClass (http://pir.georgetown.edu/iproclass/), an
integrated database with comprehensive family relationships
and structural/functional features of proteins.
Text Search and Sequence Analysis at:
- PIR Integrated Environment for Sequence Analysis
