Dear Friends and Collegues,
ABC2001, the 3rd biannual FEBS Advanced Lecture Course, will cover all
aspects of ABC protein function, both in normal and cancer cells, as
well as their prominent roles in human genetic diseases. Leading
scientists from academia and industry will discuss the latest about ABC
genes from bacteria, fungi, plants, parasites and humans.
A maximum of 120 students/postdocs and 60 regular participants will be
selected based on submitted abstracts. 25 FEBS Youth Travel Fellowships
for students are available. Applications for YTF grants should include a

Organizer. The registration fees, which include shuttle transportation,
full board and lodging for 7 nights at the venue are 640,- Euro for
students/postdoctoral fellows and 820,- Euro for all other participants.
SYMPOSIUM 1
