Dear colleagues,
You are invited to attend the European Society of Gene Therapy Congress,
November 14th-17th 2003 at the Edinburgh International Conference
Centre, Edinburgh, UK.

The 11th ESGT Annual Congress will involve approximately 20 plenary
lectures from leaders in the field, 12 parallel symposia, an educational
course, corporate symposia, and as is the custom of ESGT, major oral and
poster sessions to encourage participation and involvement of younger
scientists. Topics to be covered include cancer, haematopoietic stem
cells, vaccines, cardiovascular disease, infectious disease, CNS
disorders, skeleto-muscular systems, regulatory issues, GMP vector
production and standardisation, and advances in vector development. The
speakers include Hermann Bujard, Marina Cavazzana-Calvo, Ron Crystal and
Mark Kay.

The one-day educational course on November 14th (organised by Zelig
Eshhar) is an especially useful way for newcomers to the gene therapy
field to get up to speed in their chosen specialty.

registration, are available at .
