[Bionews] Unipro UGENE v1.5 released

After several months of work our team is glad to announce a long-
awaited
version of free and open-source UGENE bioinformatics suite.

Version 1.5 adds 4 new plugins and brings numerous improvements and
bug fixes.

New plugins:
HMM3 - profile HMM tool based on Eddy's HMMER 3.0b2,
Primer3 - integrated primer3 tool for PCR primers design,
Gor4 and Psipred - secondary structure prediction algorithms.

Major improvements were done in PDB and MMDB files viewer and
annotations editor.
Added functionality for loading remote files from PDB, Uniprot,
Swissprot.
