Dear Biothermokineticists,
Rankin Small's query reminded me that I should give you some information
about the proceedings of the 5th BTK Meeting. The book is in press. The final
manuscripts have been sent at the beginning of April to Plenum Press. I
confess that we (the editors) needed some time to write the Preface,
Acknowledgements and Table of Contents, which was delayed by my moving to
Berlin. All of this is now with Plenum, and we have only to write yet the
subject and author index, which we can do as soon as we have the paginated
galley proofs. They ought to arrive soon.
For those wishing to cite the book already now, here go the details:
