math notation of FAQs

My vote would be as follows

for *FAQs* the format should be ASCII, with both (La)Tex and RTF versions
appended for those who want to download

For those who want to collaborate electronically, they can use whatever
format they choose between them - certainly if one does much of this
it seems that (La)Tex is preferable, but a FAQ should be easily read
by *anyone* (no matter how lazy ;-).
