Colleagues - The appearance on the btk network of the rather unpleasant
commercial advertisement concerning the rather unpleasant American
immigration lottery practice is a negative development. Can we institute
some sort of screening process to avoid this. Why did it appear? I am
prepared to debate the morality of this enterprise but perhaps this should
go onto a bioethics network.
