kinetical constants dependence on temperature

Excepting those many enzyme reactions which are coupled with the breakdown of
energy-donor molecules such as ATP, it is generally assumed that the energy
necessary to initiate the catalytic process comes exclusively from the
reactants.
This would be equivalent to assume a linear dependence of the kinetical
constants of the enzyme-mediated reactions on the probability of the reactants
molecules possessing enough kinetic energy to trigger off the process.
On the other hand, if there was an energy contribution from the enzyme,
resulting from eventual intramolecular energy gathering and transfer processes,
we could expect that such a simple dependence relationship would not hold.
So I would be most interested in learning of papers reporting a different
relationship between reactivity and temperature - but only for enzymes not
bound to membranes in order to avoid fluidity effects.
Could someone kindly send me references of such papers?

Thanks in advance.
