What do you mean by "multifunctional enzymes"? There are various
answers one could give, depending on whether you mean unspecific
enzymes (as suggested in Paul M. Schlosser's reply), or multienzyme
proteins (for example aspartokinase/homoserine dehydrogenase in
bacteria).
