I want to investigate which mechanism is responible for the up- or
down-regulation of some G-protein coupled receptors. That's the reason
why I'm working with cell lines which stably express the specific
receptor.
How can I find out which mechanism/protein is responsible for the
regulation of a G-protein coupled receptor??
Any suggestions are welcome.
