The query that follows originated with Craig M. Rollins (Utah Valley

reader of this Newsgroup, but I hope someone can help him. (I don't
think I can):
I have recently released an audio cassette on Nutrition with Enzymes,
and am currently working on an article discussing the importance of
enzymes on the digestive system. In addition, I'm discussing how
enzymes play a role in overcoming allergies. It has been difficult to
locate many experts in this area. If you know of individual/s that
could provide information in these areas, I would appreciate your
expertise.
