Could you give me a help for my detection of cobalamin in vitamin B
complex?
I'm measuring cobalamin in vitamin B complex tablet using HPLC method
but other vitamin B including B1 and B6 interferes with cobalamin
detection due to their high amounts making noisy. The sample just
dissolves in buffer, certrifuges for 10 min to remove residue, and then
the supernatant applies to HPLC.
How can I remove or suppress vitamin B1 and B6 signals from HPLC assay?
