My name is Jakub Wiskirchen.
Presently I am workin at the Department of Diagnostic Radiology
at the University Hospital in Tuebingen/ Germany.
My problem is that I would like to measure the activity of cyclic AMP and/ or
of the proteinkinase A in cell cultures ( human fetal lung fibroblasts ) after radiation.
Unfortunately there is no person in my local environment who has experiences with
measuring cAMP of PK A in cell cultures.
I would be very happy if someone helped me to solve my problem.
