My name is Giorgio I am a student of biology I've just finished an exam of
biochemistry:the only thing I can say about the pyruvate dehydrogenase that
is the most important Enzyme to the generation of energy in the cicle of
Krebs. It is composed of three Enzymes which are TPP (tiamine piro phosfate)
a molecule that has got a link with two sulphure that will brake when the
piruvate will be decarbossilated. The last enzyme is the NAD+/NADH H+
The deficiency consists in the lack of tyamine that makes you feeling not
very strong infat it is called the Beri-Beri which means sheep because you
walk a a sheep. The income in our body of vitamine B 1 is very important.
